At Peptiva Biohealth, we are committed to supplying high-quality research materials. Due to the specialised and controlled nature of these products, please review this policy carefully before placing an order.
Research Use Only Notice
All products supplied by Peptiva Biohealth are intended strictly for in vitro laboratory research and analytical purposes only.
They are:
- Not for human or animal consumption
- Not for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic use
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept these conditions and will use all products in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the sensitive nature of research materials:
- Only unopened, unused items in their original sealed condition may be considered for return
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria
Return Window
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
- Requests made outside this timeframe will not be accepted
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Items with broken seals or compromised packaging
- Products not stored in accordance with recommended storage conditions
- Items missing original packaging, labels, or batch identification
- Requests submitted after the 7-day return window
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Return Approval & Instructions
- All returns require prior approval

- Unless the error is on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only
- Processing time: 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods
- You will be notified once your refund has been completed
