Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders placed with Peptiva BioHealth are typically prepared within 2–4 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Domestic Shipping (Within the UK)

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Free or discounted shipping may be available depending on promotions or order value.

We partner with trusted local couriers to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping using established international carriers.

Delivery times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days from dispatch.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, VAT, customs charges, or local taxes. These are not included in product or shipping prices.

Please check your local import regulations before ordering to avoid delays.

Shipping Costs & Options

Costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and size.

Where available, express or priority shipping options will be displayed along with estimated delivery times.

If shipping fees appear unusually high, please contact us at support@peptivabiohealth.com
for assistance or alternative solutions.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Include your order number and photos of the package/damage.
We’ll liaise with the courier to track your order, arrange a replacement, or provide a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

Address Accuracy & Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned due to an invalid address or refusal to pay customs/import charges, additional shipping costs may apply if you request reshipment.

⚠️ Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.
